Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

In keeping with this, all payments made through CoachGeet.com and MagicPossibilities.com are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers of your enrollment to another person.

Rescheduling
If you’re unable to attend a scheduled 1:1 session, live batch, or workshop, you may request to reschedule — provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability of a future session or batch.
Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered attended for the purposes of this policy.
Limited Exceptions
While our policy is no refunds and no transfers, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- A duplicate or erroneous payment
- A confirmed technical failure that prevented you from accessing content or sessions you paid for, where the issue could not be resolved
To raise any such case, contact coach@geetbatra.com with your payment details and a description of the issue. Raising a request does not guarantee a refund will be granted — each case is reviewed individually.
